Shopping at MUAH Online Store

All the products available on this website are also available at MUAH's retail outlet at Plaza 333, Penampang. In fact, you're being served by the same friendly people you'll find there.

Buying and Checking Out

MUAH uses Shopify as its ecommerce platform. Some of the "Add to Cart" buttons may take a few more seconds to load after the page has completed loading. To check out after adding all your items to the cart, simply click/tap on the red tab on the right of the page.

Payment Options

For now, MUAH accepts the following payment types:

  • Credit Card (via PayPal)
    All major credit cards are accepted. Debit cards are still not accepted 100% of the time by PayPal, so we advise customers who wish to pay using debit cards to choose the following payment alternative.
  • Direct bank transfers
    MUAH accepts payments through Maybank (5101 9802 8105) or CIMB Bank (8602505509). Simply attach the transaction slip and email it to payments@muah.my or inform us via WhatsApp (016-8060646).

Delivery Method

We ship all items from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, using PosLaju. Your order will be typically shipped within two working days, and it will take up to two working days by PosLaju to reach your area.

Deliver Charges

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of RM10, and is free when your order total exceeds RM50 in one transaction.

Shipment Tracking

To track your shipment, enter your tracking number into the PosLaju Track and Trace page.

Self-collection at MUAH

You can also collect your items in-store at MUAH's retail outlet at Plaza 333, Penampang (Sabah). Opening hours are from 10AM to 5PM daily.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, COD is only available in the Penampang & Kota Kinabalu area. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of RM5, while orders above RM50 are delivered for free.

Return and Exchange Policy

For defective and incorrect items, we have a 14-day exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable

In case of returns, please email us at shop@muah.my with your order number and information on the affected item. Returned items must meet the requirements above. In case a replacement item is not available, the customer is eligible for a full refund.

Avoiding allergic reactions

MUAH only carries cosmetic products by Kryolan and Mehron, which are the brands used in classes at MUAH. If you are aware of any allergies you have or have particularly sensitive skin, do check the ingredient list of the products from their respective official websites at www.kryolan.com and www.mehron.com to avoid the risk of an allergic reaction.

What if I decide to change my mind?

A return or refund policy is not applicable in this situation. We are happy to provide information and further explanation on all products before the purchase and payment process is completed.
